About the role

Motobrand Corporation is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. With a focus on building strong relationships with our clients, you will play a key part in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Generating new sales leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Accurately documenting sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Identifying and capitalising on market trends to uncover new sales prospects
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to management

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
