After-Sales Engineer – Camera

Job Description:

Provide on-site technical support to the team mainly on:

1) Existing Products (primarily smart CCTV and AI cameras)

  • Perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of camera systems at customer sites.
  • Collect customer requirements and feedback for product improvement.
  • Analyze failure reports from manufacturers and communicate insights to customers to enhance understanding.
  • Serve as the technical interface between R&D and customers to resolve on-site issues.

2) New Products (mainly IoT devices)

  • Apply technical expertise to evaluate product acceptance and performance at customer sites.
  • Assist in functional and reliability testing of new products with R&D.
  • Collaborate with the team and R&D to support new business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in IoT, CCTV/Camera systems, testing, or network/communication devices.
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service mindset, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
