About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical 
IT Auditor
 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of our organization's IT systems, internal controls, and risk management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct IT audits based on risk assessments and company priorities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, data security measures, and system access protocols
  • Identify IT-related risks, control gaps, and potential improvements
  • Review IT policies and ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO, COBIT, NIST, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors during audits and assessments
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations
  • Follow up on audit findings and support remediation efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management
  • Knowledge of IT general controls (ITGC), cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
