About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who blends artistic vision with strategic thinking. Your work will shape our brand across global digital platforms—creating visuals for marketing campaigns, Amazon and marketplace listings, manuals, social media, and websites.

You must be someone who actively stays ahead of design trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces, and modern web UX. This is a role for a designer who can both conceptualize and execute, with minimal instruction, while maintaining high creative standards.

Who We Are

We are a global industrial brand operating in China, the Philippines, the EU, and the USA, serving multiple sales channels including Amazon, ManoMano, eBay, and more. Our teams span engineering, marketing, technical support, logistics, and operations.

As our Creative Designer, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Manager, and Project Manager, giving you full visibility into international branding, product strategy, and global market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing, branding, manuals, and digital content.
  • Transform minimal briefs or reference samples into complete, polished creative outputs.
  • Identify visual patterns, design opportunities, and strategic angles that enhance brand identity.
  • Develop fresh, innovative concepts aligned with evolving design trends and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints (online shops, packaging, manuals, ads, social media).
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AI features, etc.) to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering, to ensure accurate representations of product dimensions and functions.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Creative Marketing Manager on creative direction and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or multimedia arts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual ability, and versatility.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical product details and turning them into clear, visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout precision, and visual communication.
  • Strong pattern-recognition skills—able to extract the "design language" from samples and build on it.
