  • Design and implement data structures for ETL, data warehousing, and enterprise data models
  • Build and maintain standardized data models for consistent reporting
  • Gather and harmonize data requirements; create conceptual, logical, and physical models
  • Develop source-to-target mappings with complex ETL transformations
  • Write complex SQL and profile source data for validation
  • Perform transactional and dimensional data modeling (normalize/de-normalize as needed)
  • Lead development and implementation of data warehouse projects
  • Work with data consumers and suppliers to define and standardize data models
  • Improve existing data management and dimensional models using industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 8+ years in ODS and Data Warehouse design
  • Strong experience with ERwin and SAP PowerDesigner (Non-negotiable)
  • Expert in ETL, data warehousing, and OLTP/OLAP data modeling (Non-negotiable)
  • Proficient in complex SQL, data transformation, and profiling (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills; able to work independently or in teams
