Marketing Intern Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Marketing Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing and business development, working closely with our Marketing Leads and Managers to support strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for Convene Board Portal.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers, building prospect lists, and engaging in outreach activities.
  • Contribute to content creation, including presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the management of marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Create reports and analyze lead data to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Update and maintain marketing databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and campaign performance.
  • Document key learnings and present findings to the team.

Qualifications: Who Were Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, design software) is a plus.
