Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a culinary course / Highschool graduate / College level with at least 2 years of related experience in a casual dining full-service restaurant
  • Has at least six months of experience in hot/cold kitchen as a line cook/prep cook but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably has experience in Italian and Western cuisine (pastas, salads, sandwiches, and entrees)
  • Has an understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure while being organized and systematic
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, with possible overtime work (including holidays, weekends, and night shift schedules)
  • Amenable to walk and stand for long periods, as service demands, and carry heavy-weight materials and to get exposed to cold/hot food preparation and food service environments.
