Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor the leadership team (Operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales, HR); foster a high‐performance culture.
  • Compliance & Quality: Uphold labor, tax, and import/export regulations; maintain quality and safety standards.
