Key Responsibilities:
- Able to present layouts, 3D perspectives, and plans to clients.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with clients, technical personnel, and suppliers during the design and construction phases
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (or working towards licensure) is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or similar design software.
- Knowledge of Philippine Building Code and local permitting processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
