Job Description

As a Junior Architect, you will prepare design and construction documents, create compelling presentations, ensure compliance with codes, and collaborate virtually with teams. You'll support permitting, bidding, and construction administration, while sharpening your expertise in a flexible and global environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative platforms (BIM 360, Google Workspace, MS Teams)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Commitment to pursuing further professional development and licensure

Desirable Skills:

• Architectural license in the Philippines is desirable
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills

• Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare design and construction documents using Revit and CAD software
• Produce renderings, diagrams, and presentation materials for client and agency reviews
• Research CNMI building codes, tropical energy codes, and zoning requirements to ensure compliance
• Participate in virtual design meetings, consultant coordination, and internal reviews
• Support documentation for permitting, bidding, and construction administration
