Job Description: Responsible for teaching students and contributing to the academic community.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Conduct classes and training sessions on various NSTP components, such as Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS), Literacy Training Service (LTS), and Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) 1.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials and training programs to ensure they meet educational standards and objectives 1.
  • Student Evaluation: Assess and evaluate students' performance through exams, projects, and practical activities 1.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and supervise community service projects and activities that allow students to apply their learning in real-world settings 1.
  • Research and Development: Engage in research activities related to NSTP and contribute to the development of new teaching methodologies and materials 1.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in relevant field such as Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in teaching at the college level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has 2-3 years of working in an Industry affiliated in a relevant field or discipline.
  • Experience in curriculum development.
  • Participation in academic conferences.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
