We are seeking a detail-oriented Link Building Specialist to handle outreach, prospecting, and relationship building for SEO campaigns. The role involves researching prospects, managing outreach emails, coordinating guest posts, and tracking live articles.

Responsibilities

  • Research relevant websites and contacts for link-building opportunities.
  • Collect prospect emails, draft outreach messages, and manage follow-ups.
  • Pitch pre-approved topics, track responses, and update the Guest Post Tracker.
  • Source article images from platforms like Freepik or Unsplash.
  • Submit finalized articles and monitor publication status.
  • Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop outreach-driven content.
  • Track all link-building progress using internal tools and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in link building, outreach, or SEO roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Mozbar).
  • Experience with Asana, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slack.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work US time zones and collaborate with a remote team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php70,000.00 per month
