Job Title: Collections Agent (Property Management)

Work Schedule:

  • US Central Time
  • 8 hours per day, full time
  • Weekend availability (as needed)

Compensation: $3.75/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding payment arrangements, balance inquiries, bill explanations/disputes, and other account-related questions
  • Respond to residents across multiple communication channels, including the tenant portal, email, and SMS.
  • Audit payments made through the tenant portal and rent money orders.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemails promptly, taking appropriate action based on residents' requests.
  • Perform administrative and collections-related tasks such as updating records in the system, sending notices, and processing necessary paperwork.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate/property management/construction is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Should have billing or collections-related experience
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong listening, probing, and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrates good work ethic, quick learning ability, and openness to training
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Main and backup devices required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php214.00 per hour
