Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Agent
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The Sales Agent will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (previous sales experience is preferred)
- Experience in (industry) (e.g., real estate, technology, retail) is a plus
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel or client visits)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs
- Bilingual abilities (if relevant to your client base) are a plus
