Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — helping build our pipeline through lead qualification, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building. Your work directly impacts revenue growth and opens the door to unlimited career advancement in the financial services industry.

Must have own working laptop and Wifi to cater remote Role.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social touches to real estate investors and commercial borrowers
  • Qualify inbound leads and evaluate potential deal opportunities
  • Schedule discovery meetings and transfer warm opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a robust prospect pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on new outreach strategies
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline growth)
  • Stay current on lending programs, product guidelines, and market trends

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of SDR or inside sales experience (preferably in finance, lending, or B2B services)
  • Confident communicator with excellent English (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Ability to learn complex financial products and explain them simply
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
