· Generate Request for Information (RFI) for materials requested by End Users/Requestors.

· Generate Request for Quotation (RFQ) and send to Suppliers for materials requisitions and follow-up quotations with suppliers & service providers.

· Create Comparative Statements for all received quotations for management approval.

· Generate Purchase Orders (PO) for materials intended for International Order.

· Generate Local Purchase Order (LPO) for material intended for local Order.

· Request Marine Insurance coverage for all orders and movements.

· Follow-up material status and delivery updates from suppliers and maintain orders-shipments status report saved in the system, keep & save files.

· Follow up service providers & suppliers Invoices and other purchasing documents, check/verify Invoices and buying attachments and perform reconciliations, if any discrepancy.

· Generate Request for Payment, obtain approvals and submit to Accounts Department for Payment.

· Follow-up submitted request for payment to Accounts Department and provide updates of payment to service providers & suppliers.

FLEXIBILITY

The employee agrees to perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time including tasks outside their original job description, especially when urgently needed to support company operations The employee is expected to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and willing to assist in any work related matter as required by the company's business needs.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)

· Builds and maintains harmonious relationship across all levels and with our business partners.

DATA INTEGRITY AND MANAGEMENT

· Ensures all client records and archives are monitored and secured in confidentiality.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY

Performs other related functions as deemed necessary assigned to him/her by the company officials from time to time.
