We're Hiring – Customer Service Representative - Fraud Analyst

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Graveyard / Shifting Schedule

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work onsite and in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (mouse, keyboard, applications, internet, Windows navigation)
  • Fresh graduates or college graduates in any field are welcome (with or without BPO experience)
  • High School Graduates with 1–2 years of customer interfacing work experience
  • OR completed a 2-year vocational or certificate course with 1–2 years of customer interfacing work experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
