Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns aligned with Maziv Builders Inc.'s goals and projects.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, presentations, and project portfolios.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing bid documents, proposals, and marketing decks.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect the company's core values of quality, integrity, and innovation.

2. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including project updates, employee highlights, company milestones, and industry insights.
  • Track analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns and SEO strategies to generate inquiries and leads.

3. Branding and Corporate Communication

  • Uphold and strengthen the Maziv Builders Inc. brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, signage, and event materials.
  • Draft internal and external communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, message, and branding across all platforms and materials.

4. Events and Client Relations

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, trade shows, exhibits, and client presentations.
  • Support the planning of company activities such as anniversary celebrations, CSR projects, and employee engagement events.
  • Help manage the documentation and publicity of company milestones and project completions.
  • Coordinate with potential clients, partners, and suppliers to support business development activities.

5. Market Research and Reporting

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client preferences within the construction industry.
  • Gather insights to support business development strategies and marketing decisions.
  • Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and present data-driven recommendations to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
