I. Summary

Retail Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and achieving sales targets. This role ensures proper product display, maintains store cleanliness, and supports overall store operations to deliver a positive shopping experience.

II. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommend items to drive sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and uphold store visual standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, cashier area, and stockroom.
  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
  • Participate in store promotions, sales activities, and brand events.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines at all times.

III. Qualification

  • High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate.
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer behavior.
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and perform basic physical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
