We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Insurance Account team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist policyholders with inquiries related to insurance coverage, claims, billing, and policy changes.
  • Handle customer concerns via inbound calls, chat, or email (depending on account setup).
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in compliance with account guidelines.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality and company standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least 2nd year in college, or be a college graduate (any course).
  • With at least 1 year of BPO experience (voice or non-voice).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and MS Office.
  • Willing to work onsite
