Competencies:

The Marketing Assistant provides support to the Marketing Officer. His/her duties and responsibilities include (meaning not limited to) these:

  • Prepares documents related to marketing activities, like implementation guidelines, purchase requests, and similar forms

  • Routes documents for approvals/signatures

  • Drafts reports to be reviewed by the Marketing Officer

  • Provides input on marketing plans

  • Monitors ad materials and social media content of competitors

  • Handle various tasks during events, like assisting in set-ups, monitoring checklist, implementing activity plan, etc.

  • Coordinates/sources suppliers for production of various collaterals

  • Liaises with Creatives Dept for promotional/advertising/content materials
