The Business Intelligence (BI) Associate is responsible for supporting the BI team in analyzing financial and business data to guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial statements, revenue streams, and key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements, revenue reports, and other business data to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Organize, process, and present competitor and industry data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or data analysis in a B2B setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue recognition, and key business metrics.
  • Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables); knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
