As a Research and Data Analyst, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights, support strategic decisions through research and reporting, and ensure data integrity across platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, optimize CRM processes, and create impactful dashboards—playing a key role in streamlining financial operations and enhancing business intelligence for global initiatives.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce CRM, to generate actionable insights
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce by auditing, cleaning, and updating records regularly
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support business strategies
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Salesforce and other BI tools to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize processes and improve data utilization
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using Salesforce tools
  • Assist in implementing data governance practices to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, data management, and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
