Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • With minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience in Cost Accounting and with at least 2 years of Supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Food or Process Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all Cost Accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of production and operational cost.
  • Maintains cost systems, conduct variance analysis and provides management with actionable insights to control cost and improve profitability.
  • Supervise and coordinate all Cost Accounting activities and staff.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Cost Accounting system for product and process costing.
  • Ensure accuracy of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and inventory valuation.
  • Provide management with detailed cost analyses, variance reports, and cost control recommendation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
