Responsibilities:

  • Intentional: Manage the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness. Ensure all actions are purposeful and aligned with luxury service.
  • See Ahead & Lifelong Learners: Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within targets. Use data to anticipate needs and drive continuous business improvement.
  • Maaruga & Effective Communicators: Train and coach staff on guest services principles, standards and practices. Conduct staff and daily shift meetings to ensure team cohesion and compliance.
  • Effective Communicators: Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers and proactively handle and resolve complaints.
  • See Ahead: Assist with the managing of all the restaurant's daily operations, planning ahead for smooth shifts.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Leadership: Proven experience leading staff and prior experience in food and beverage operations is preferred. Restaurant and Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Mindset: Ability to demonstrate quality consciousness, leadership and business acumen.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven experience handling and resolving complaints.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of staff leadership experience required.
