Inventory Control Assistant

Job Description

Maintain updated records of all products in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required.

2. Performs physical count of inventory.

3. Receives and unpacks.

4. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry and sales.

5. May serve as cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments.

6. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year course (business or food related course)

• Knowledgeable in Accounting and Inventory management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Physically Fit

• Friendly and Hospitable

• Strong desire to serve others

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
