Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced sales and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that inventory movement—from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries—is handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with customer and business expectations.

The role demands strong leadership, a commitment to operational excellence, and experience coordinating with both internal sales teams and external logistics partners.

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to prioritize urgent shipments and ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with logistics partners and carriers to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve transportation issues.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff; delegate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse productivity.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce delays, errors, or costs.
• Provide training and onboarding to new warehouse staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in sales and logistics coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment are an advantage.

• Must be able to work on-site full-time; occasional weekends or overtime may be required based on shipping schedules.
