What you'll be doing
- Managing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence
- Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and the coordination of facility maintenance
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the implementation of new administrative initiatives and processes to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
What we offer
