About the role

Straightforward Educational Consultancy Services is seeking a talented HR & Finance Assistant to join our team in our Dagupan City Pangasinan office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our human resources and finance operations, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR and Finance departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees
  • Processing payroll, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support for various HR initiatives, such as training and development, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, and contribute to informed decision-making

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or finance support role, preferably in the educational consultancy or professional services industry
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
