Job Responsibilities
- With Technical certification in electronics or SMT is advantage but not required.
- Program and optimize equipment for production runs to ensure efficient and high-quality production
- Perform visual verification and process setup validation to confirm correct placement, alignment, and solder paste application prior to production
- Monitor line performance and troubleshoot quality or equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality
- Ensure proper material loading, feeder setup, and stencil alignment to prevent errors and defects.
- Operate our SMT line, including setup, programming, troubleshooting, and daily production support to meet production targets and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school Graduate/SHS Graduate/Vocational or Technical Course/College Graduate
- Preferably with experience operating SMT equipment is advantage.
- Willing to render overtime or shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in M.A Technology Inc. located at Epza, Rosario, Cavite
