Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitates the filing of documents e.g., Tax Returns, Deeds of sale, etc., with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Registry Deeds, for title transfers involving the corporation's different projects;
- Renders assistance in securing clearances from various government agencies for purposes of conducting due diligence for acquisition of an entity or asset;
- Facilitates the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of reportorial requirements and/or other requests of ALHI's subsidiaries not being handled by the external corporate secretary;
- Facilitates the filing of applications with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board for purposes of securing a License to Sell, Development permit and other clearances/permits;
- Processes the filing of applications with the Registry of Deeds for the purposes of securing a unitized title and/or causing the annotation or removal of an encumbrance etc.;
- Ensures timely submission of status reports on title transfers and other transactions handled;
- Renders assistance during inspection by the HLURB of ALHI's various projects for purposes of verifying project status/development;
- Assists the CAD Officers in the performance of their respective functions;
- Files and safe keeps CAD's documents and related papers;
- Acts as the department's liaison to the other departments and offices of the company and its subsidiaries;
- In-charge of the day to day administrative functions of the department;
- Assists in the drafting of legal documents, including Contracts To Sell, Amendments to Contracts, Deeds of Absolute Sale, Secretary's Certificates, and court pleadings;
- Collates and prepares the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, etc.; and
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
