About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at BUILDNET CONSTRUCTION, INC.', you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. This is a full-time position that will see you lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure the smooth running of our logistics and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  2. Monitoring stock levels and reordering supplies as needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  3. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  4. Providing training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to improve their skills and productivity
  5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse operations
  6. Generating and analyzing performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or management role within the Construction or Mining industry
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems
  5. Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
  6. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
