Key Result Areas:

· Manage and supervise all operation shifting personnel on site

· Attend coordination meeting with the client on duty PME's, DE's and Client PIC

· Review the Hotel daily utilities of Electricity, Water, LPG and Diesel daily consumptions

· Review and submission of Maynilad, Chiller Monitoring, Utilities consumption, Daily Activity Report and Daily Manning to Client.

· Conduct and spearhead the TBT every shift

· Monitor the viber team activities and attend any concerns and issues.

· Monitor client emails and response for any concerned activity

· Coordinate Client maintenance team and sub-contractors on site

· Ensure facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance

· Monitor and ensure manpower on regular duty shift

· Adhere to occupational health and safety and injury management regulations

· Understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement

· Disciplinary procedures conducted in line with Sodexo policy

· Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment

· Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

Authorities

Hold signing authorities as per company policy for Operations Manager level.

Key Competencies:

· A Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

· A proven background in the field of facility management or similar related discipline

· A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub-contractors' performance

· Good communication skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization

· Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

· A proactive attitude towards looking for value-add opportunities to increase contract EBIT

· Understand contract obligations

· A professional attitude towards communicating with clients

· A high level of presentation, organization and time management skills

· Maintenance of a good relationship with the client management and staff.

· Responsible attitude towards the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
