Duties and Responsibilities

BANK TRANSACTIONS

-Handles deposit, encashments,and other related banking matters

  • Ensures all transaction slips and documents are properly recorded and submitted.

GOVERNMENT REMITTANCES

  • Processes payment for SSS, Philhealth and PAG IBIG.

  • Ensures timely submission of required forms and contributions.

PURCHASING SUPPLIES

- Buy grocery items, office supplies, and other materials needed by the office and store.

  • Secures receipts and ensures proper documentation for all purchases.

DAILY SALES PICK UP

  • Collect sales from store everyday and submit them to the office.

OFFICE CLEANING

  • Performs general office cleaning every morning to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Completes personal errands as instructed by the boos

  • Assists with any additional task necessary for smooth daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least College level

  • With own motorcycle (1-3 code drivers license)

-Knowledgeable in performing the above mentioned transactions

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field

  • Cam multi task and handle pressure

  • Mindful, responsible, and attentive in performing duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php13,500.00 per month
