Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all MEPFS activities across project phases.
  • Review and evaluate MEPFS design plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and local code requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper system integration.
  • Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEFPS systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, estimates, and procurement plans related to MEPFS.
  • Assists in resolving design or construction issues related to MEPFS systems.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Engineer - Mechanical or Electrical (PRC Registered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEPFS engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and MEPFS standards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned and work full time on site in Cagayan de Oro
