QS Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates for all projects managed by his/her team
• Review and validate quantity/cost estimates prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Establish and maintain standardized cost planning and budgeting procedures within the team.
• Monitor overall project financial across all team-managed projects, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adhere to budgets.
• Implement innovative cost control measures to enhance overall project efficiency.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to improved project profitability.
• Conduct cost analysis for value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project manager and engineers to optimize project costs.
• Manage and maintain documentation related to project costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• minimum of 5 years of valued Quantity Surveying experience in building construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Computer literate using MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift and other applicable software
• PRC Licensed
• well-versed in quantity surveying of all trades (CSA & MEPF)
