Job Description:

The GCC Care Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing healthcare operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to local regulations and organizational standards. The manager leads cross-functional teams, implements process improvements, and monitors performance metrics to optimize patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage care operations teams across GCC locations, ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and corporate policies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet operational and financial goals
  • Oversee training and development initiatives for care operations staff to ensure competency and compliance
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and improvement plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a GCC region or multi-country setting
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional healthcare teams
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards within the GCC
  • Experience in process improvement, patient care operations, and quality management

Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex operational issues across locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and healthcare operations systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations within the GCC
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards (JCI, CBAHI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of patient care workflow optimization, care coordination, and operational efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php85, Php100,000.00 per month
