Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and lead an independent Operations Risk function to oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across
    all

operations teams (collections, customer onboarding, customer service, etc.).
- Design and implement risk control frameworks and independent QA processes, ensuring these are separated from daily operational management.
- Develop and monitor real-time dashboards, conduct periodic operational risk reviews, and lead investigations of potential breaches of policy or regulation.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to update policies and train teams on risk awareness and mitigation.
- Prepare regular risk reports and insights to be presented to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum
    8–10 years

experience in operational risk management, compliance, or internal audit within financial services, lending, fintech, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements relevant to the Philippine market (e.g., Data Privacy Act, Truth in Lending Act, SEC rules).
- Proven ability to design and manage risk control systems, QA frameworks, and escalation protocols across diverse operational teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
- Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., CRMA, ORM, CRCM) preferred.
