About the role

As a Check-out Supervisor for the Daily Supermarket store in Cubao, Quezon City, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and seamless operations at the checkout counters. In this full-time position, you will oversee the work of the checkout team, managing their schedules and performance while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of checkout cashiers to maintain efficient and smooth operations
  2. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift
  3. Provide training and guidance to checkout staff to enhance their skills and deliver outstanding customer service
  4. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
  5. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment at the checkout counters
  6. Collaborate with the store management team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations
