About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET & Mobile App Developer to join our team in Davao City. This role is strictly onsite — applicants must be able to report to our Davao office Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and launching both web and mobile applications, working with our IT team on API integrations, backend systems, and mobile solutions.

This is a stable, long-term position with steady work all year round. We believe in a fair deal: once the app is live and generating income, employees will enjoy salary increases and further growth opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend applications using ASP.NET (C#, MVC, .NET Core).
  • Build and support mobile applications (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS).
  • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
  • Manage and optimize databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

Proven experience in ASP.NET development

Skills in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS)

Strong background in API integration and database management

Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Must be a resident of Davao City or willing to work onsite, Mon–Fri

Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱40,000
  • Hourly Equivalent: ₱156 – ₱250/hour
