About The Role

We're looking for
Design Sales Consultants
to join our growing team

If you've got sales and customer relationship management skills, an eye for detail, and passion for helping others bring their dream space to life - we'd love to hear from you

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with the many partners and customers we work with. As the main point of contact for clients, you'll work with both your team and others to ensure projects are completed to the best of our ability. Whether it's at the office, at one of our showrooms, or at a project site, you'll have an impact on giving our clients the best experience while building their dream space

Responsibilities

  • Proactively grow and manage a portfolio of client and partner accounts - building and strengthening client relationships and long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients and liaise between customers and Ashton
  • Become a specialist in our products and be able to help answer questions from customers
  • Maintain accurate client records and keep track of items such as key project milestones, updates, and more
  • Represent Ashton at various engagements such as client meetings, events, and trade fairs
  • Help manage active projects by clients, ensuring their quality and timely completion

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog)
  • Comfortable with
    flexible/hybrid
    work arrangements
  • Comfortable working in a high visibility role and maintaining relationships with top clients and leaders in the architecture and interior design industry
  • Proactive and able to take the initiative when managing sales leads
  • Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on high quality work
  • Strong organizational and/or project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with many different types of people
  • Able to think and work independently and can work under pressure or with occasional tight deadlines from clients
  • Able to stay aware of trends among clients and make recommendations if necessary
  • Eager to learn and able to pick up new information quickly
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Nice to Haves

  • Previous work experience in a similar role like sales, customer success, business development
  • Previous experience coordinating or actively negotiating deals and contracts
  • Proficiency in other languages/dialects
  • Design background, experience, or relevant coursework in areas such as architecture and interior design, construction, civil engineering
  • Customer service/hospitality background or experience
