Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle DBA located in Taguig. The Oracle DBA will be responsible for maintaining the performance and security of Oracle databases. Daily tasks include administering databases, managing replication processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring database security. This role requires close collaboration with other IT staff and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and Database Administration
  • Experience with Replication techniques and processes
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve database issues promptly
  • Expertise in Database Security protocols and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Oracle Database Administration is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
