About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Designer who can bring ideas to life through visuals that move, engage, and inspire. You'll create compelling content across digital and social platforms, from brand identities and marketing materials to videos, animations, and web assets, all aligned with our clients' brand goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Visual Design


• Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.


• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.


• Motion Graphics & Video


• Create short-form and long-form videos for ads, social content, and brand storytelling.


• Handle basic to intermediate video editing, color grading, transitions, and sound design.
• Design and animate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects.


• Photography & Content Production


• Assist in photoshoots and content creation for social media and marketing materials.


• Retouch and edit photos for publication or campaigns.


• Collaboration


• Work closely with the strategy, account, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.


• Contribute creative input during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.


• Digital Assets & Web


• Design digital marketing materials such as banners, landing pages, and email templates.
• Prepare assets optimized for web, print, and social media use.

Qualifications


• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or InDesign, etc.).


• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative design tools


• Strong sense of design aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling


• Knowledge of basic animation principles, typography, and brand identity design


• Video editing and basic photography skills are a strong plus


• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills


• Experience in 3D design or animation (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)


•AI image/reel generation


• UI/UX design knowledge


• Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends


• Basic knowledge of sound design or voiceover editing.
