Bartender (Greenhills)

Must be willing to be assigned in GREENHILLS MALL

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Holder of TESDA NC II in Bartending, or a graduate of a vocational or short course in Bartending / Food and Beverage Service or a similar program.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a bartending role or a similar position within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Capable of preparing drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Experienced in preparing and serving beverages efficiently and effectively while ensuring cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Fully knowledgeable in all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a dependable team player. A background in food & beverage preparation and/or customer service is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer service - listening and communication skills, with a genuine passion for engaging with guests and delivering top-tier service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
