Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial report
  • Reviews accounting entries on accounts payable voucher
  • Encodes the month end closing entries (prepayment, accruals, etc.)
  • Performs review and reconciliation of accounts
  • Assists Finance team members in addressing Microsoft Navision problems
  • Prepares worksheets, financial statement and management reports including balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Handles ad hoc projects
  • Communicates with external auditors during interim & annual audit report

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • 1 – 2 years experience on reporting section
  • Thorough knowledge in accounting standards and guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adept in communicating effectively with people across all levels
  • MS Office, Microsoft Navision, other operating systems & accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
