About the role

As a Team Leader/Supervisor - Retail at Stark Asia Solutions Inc., you'll play a vital role in leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals. In this full-time, on-site position based in Cebu Central Visayas, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of the retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  2. Providing coaching, mentoring and training to develop your team's skills and capabilities
  3. Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  4. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
  5. Escalating and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  6. Collaborating with other departments to align on operational goals and objectives
  7. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular performance reports

What we're looking for

  1. At least College Level
  2. Must have 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail domain
  3. Amenable to work onsite
