Are you a highly experienced creative professional looking to take your design skills to the next level? We are looking for a Home-Based Senior Graphic Designer to support our U.S.-based client in delivering exceptional brand visuals and promotional product designs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is confident managing design projects from concept through execution while collaborating with clients and team members.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Creative Leadership: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and multimedia design across various mediums.

• Project Supervision: Ability to guide other creatives and ensure high-quality, on-brand output across projects.

• Design Mastery: Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, and typography.

• Collaborative Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Time Management: Effectively manages multiple deadlines and handles high-volume work without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Looking for someone who can work with airbrush design, catalog design – specifically creativity

• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.

• Develop artwork for a variety of promotional products, understanding imprint limitations and decoration methods.

• Lead the creation of logos, layout designs, mockups, and production-ready files.

• Review and enhance final designs to align with brand guidelines while proposing creative improvements.

• Maintain familiarity with current design trends and align them with the client's industry and regional markets.

• Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

• Guide junior designers and manage design expectations across the team.

• Participate in strategic planning around brand development and visual marketing.

• Ad hoc graphic design and creative tasks related to client needs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in a senior or lead design role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

• Work Schedule: Must be able to work a graveyard shift (PH time) or within U.S. hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Excellent visual design skills, with a strong sense of layout, branding, and typography

  • Ability to manage several projects at once and work within deadlines

  • Familiarity with promotional product imprint standards is a plus

  • Airbrush and catalog design
