Baon PH is seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Intern to help promote the modern Filipino tradition of Baon by showcasing our diverse range of delicious, multi-cuisine packed meals. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, understands local social media trends, and is eager to apply digital marketing skills to a fun, fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in organizing promotions for new menu items, holiday specials, or delivery service campaigns.

  • Content Generation: Develop engaging, visually appealing content (photos, short videos/Reels, text captions) tailored for Filipino audiences on platforms like Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling posts, engaging with the Baon PH community (responding to comments), and monitoring local trends and viral food challenges.

  • Customer Spotlight: Help collect and feature user-generated content (UGC) and testimonials from satisfied Baon PH customers.

  • Local Market Research: Research popular food bloggers, relevant local events, and competitor marketing strategies within the Manila/PH market.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and CapCut (or other similar mobile/desktop editing software).

  • A strong interest in Filipino food culture and an appreciation for diverse international cuisines.

  • Minimum 300-hour commitment require d.
