Role Description

The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Brooke's Point. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting quality audits, managing quality control processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes training staff on quality processes, addressing customer complaints, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality Management, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing skills
  • Experience in compliance with local and international industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
  • Relevant experience in agribusiness or food processing is a plus
