Position: Assistant Manager (HR)

Job Responsibilities:
✨Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.
✨Maintain employee records, attendance, and other personnel documents in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
✨Has competencies on planning and organizing, problem solving, decision making, leading and controlling.
✨Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
✨Lead and motivate the HR and admin teams to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course
With at least 7 years managerial experience.
Has an experience in CBA
Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is a plus.
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
